Close Your Eyes and Take a Deep Breath

Imagine yourself in an open field. You're surrounded by trees, flowers, and the friendly creatures of nature. A lighthearted feeling encompasses you. It's almost as if you've lost yourself into a dream. This dream keeps getting better and better. You don't want to wake up quite yet. More and more deep breaths; eyes closed. Yoga is the entrance into this dream world. It's an instant escape from the outside world that can be so hectic so often. Either way, Yoga will enhance your life without you having to spend the money most people find necessary to "buy pleasure." Websites can teach you practices for free, friends can discuss it with you further, or just stretch and breathe deeply and you are practicing all on your own. It's a simple step to take in a long rewarding life full of love to yourself. Your body and soul with thank you every time you choose to show it the appreciation it deserves.
